What is your refund policy?

All orders from can be returned for a product refund less the return postage cost within 60 days of delivery. 

No matter the condition — it's a product refund less the return postage cost.

This will be deducted from the refund amount.

What is a full product refund?

The refund will be on the cost of the product only. 

Please see our Summary of Returns Policy for the postage cost.

We offer 100% free exchanges or store credit (in the form of a gift card for our online store) for our footwear - no matter the condition. We'd be happy to help you with an exchange if you prefer. 

How can I return my order for a refund?

To return your order for a refund, follow these steps:

Step 1: Get your order number (NZ12345) and the email used to place the order.

Step 2: Complete the returns form:

Step 3: Print out the label and attach it to your parcel. Drop it off at your nearest Post Office. As soon as the info is in the system, the refund will be processed.
