We have a 60-day returns period for all footwear purchased from our official online store. If you've purchased from a retailer, please check their returns policy. 

We have three return options: 

Exchange, Store Credit (for our online store), or a Product Refund

Exchanges - 100% free no matter the condition

As long as you are within the 60-day return period, you can exchange your footwear for free no matter the condition.

Please note that during peak season, your preferred exchange item might be out of stock. If this occurs, our returns system will automatically issue store credit so that you can choose an alternate option. Please contact us if there are any issues.

Store Credit - 100% free no matter the condition

Alternatively, you can choose a store credit in the form of a gift card for our online store. The return postage cost will be free. 

Product Refund less the return postage cost

No matter the condition, the refund is a product refund less the return postage cost.

The refund is for the product only and does not include original shipping costs. 

How much does the return postage cost?

The return postage cost is based on the courier fees and is subject to change. The cost includes full door-to-door tracking, and refunds are automatically processed on the first scan. Here's a breakdown of the return postage cost based on the number of pairs being returned:

1 - 2 pairs = $8.25

3 - 4 pairs = $13.50

5 - 6 pairs = $17.50

7+ pairs: Please contact us for a quote
