What does the 60-day comfort guarantee mean?

You can wear your Archies Footwear products for a full 60 days and if you're not completely happy with them, you can return them to us for a product refund less the return postage cost. 

You can also exchange them or return them for store credit for free, no matter the condition. 

For all refunds - no matter the condition - it's a product refund less the  return postage cost.

What is Archies Footwear's return policy?

We are confident you will love our footwear. We offer a 60-day comfort guarantee for all purchases from our official online store only.

Do I need to pay for return shipping?

Yes, for all refunds, both in new and used condition, the customer covers the return postage cost. This will be deducted from the product refund.

What is a product refund?

A product refund is a refund on the product and any tax related to the product only. (Not the original shipping cost.)

How much is the return postage cost?

The return postage cost is based on the fees that the courier charges us and is subject to change. It includes full door-to-door tracking, and refunds are automatically processed on the first scan. The return postage cost is: 

1-2 pairs = $8.25

3-4 pairs = $13.50

5+ pairs = $17.50

How do I return my order for an exchange or refund?

We have an online returns portal where you can initiate your return. To use our online returns form: NZ | Returns

You will need your order number (NZ12345) and the email associated with your order.

Does the 60-day comfort guarantee apply to retail purchases?

Our 60-day comfort guarantee applies to all purchases made from our official online store only. Our retailers are not affiliated with us in any way other than stocking our footwear. It's up to the sole discretion of the retailer to participate in our 60-day comfort guarantee.
