Insoles GuideUpdated 21 days ago
We have 4 types of insoles that are specifically designed to cater to the type of shoe they are going into.
As they all have built-in arch support and a comfy footbed, they'll help keep your feet optimally positioned which will also help with foot conditions such as plantar fasciitis.
The key thing to remember is that our insoles are fitted to the size of your shoe and not your foot length. For example, if your shoe size is a US Men's 7 / US Women's 8, you'd select the same size in the insole.
Before purchasing, please check your pair of shoes for the following as this will affect which insole you choose:
💠Does it have a removable insole? The only insole that is for shoes that have a fixed insole is the 3/4 casual insole. All other insoles need to have a removable insole.
💠Does it have any built-in support? You might need to put your hand inside the shoe to feel the shape of the footbed. The only insole that caters to any form of arch support in the shoe itself is the Sport Insole.
All other insoles are designed for flat shoes.
Here are the 4 types of insoles:
Full-Length Casual
This insole will work for flat casual shoes that have a removable sole. For example, high-top and low-top sneakers, low-cut trainers, and combat boots.
3/4 Casual
This insole is for flat casual shoes that have an insole that CANNOT be removed. For example, casual men's shoes, formal shoes, and boots. It works well with tight-fitting shoes.
Sport Insole
This insole is perfect for sports shoes that have a removable sole and some form of built-in arch support.
Work Boot Insole
This insole is thick and comfy - it has memory foam stitched into it. It's ideal for work boots that have a removable insole and have NO arch support.
FOR THE SIZE
1. Check the size of your shoe
💠If there is a US shoe size on your shoe - select the equivalent size in our insoles.
💠If the sizing is not US shoe sizing, please measure the length of the insole.
2. If the insole can be removed - please measure the length and compare it to our size charts below.
Just a few tips - if your shoes have laces, you'll need to loosen them to help you position the insole inside the shoe.
Please make sure that you remove the insole from your shoes (if it can be removed) before inserting the new insole.
You might need to remove and reinsert the insole a few times to get it to sit properly and snuggly in your shoes.
