Shopper asks if Archies jandals will fit wide feetUpdated 8 days ago

  1. Confirm suitability for wide feet

    • IF the shopper has wide feet, THEN explain that most customers with wide feet can wear the jandals comfortably once adjusted.

    • WHEN discussing fit, clarify that straps and the toe pole are designed to be stretched by hand to customise the fit.

    • IF the shopper is concerned about width, THEN reassure them that slight overhang on the outside of the foot is normal.

  2. Set correct fit expectations

    • WHEN explaining ideal fit, state that the jandals should “fit like a glove” with very little space in front of the toes and behind the heels.

    • IF there is minimal space at the front and back, THEN confirm this helps keep the arch support in the correct position.

    • IF slight overhang is present but the jandals feel comfortable, THEN confirm this is acceptable.

  3. Provide adjustment guidance

    • IF the strap or toe pole feels too tight and prevents the foot from sitting fully in the footbed, THEN instruct the shopper to gently stretch the strap and toe pole with their hands.

    • WHEN stretching, advise doing so gradually until the fit feels secure and comfortable.

  4. Address exchange options

    • IF the shopper tries the jandals and the size does not feel right, THEN inform them that free size exchanges are available.

    • WHEN they need to exchange, direct them to use the Returns Portal here:
