Can I track my order?

You will receive an automatic dispatch notification email to the email address that you used to place the order.

Using this email, if you click on the tracking number within this email, you will be able to track the status of the delivery of your parcel to your nominated delivery address.

You can also select the 'track my order option on the home page of the FAQ page and enter your order number and email address. 

We will send you a unique code to verify your details and then send you your tracking information.
