Can I cancel / change my order? What is the process?Updated 10 months ago

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Sometimes - yes! However, we can't guarantee this is possible due to our speedy warehouse!

If you contact us before the order is ready for picking, we can make an order change. Once the order has been picked, unfortunately, we are unable to change the order as it is already on its way to you.  

Please contact us via chat or email us "Order change or cancel" in the subject line of your email to help us prioritize your request.

What if my order has already been processed and shipped?

If we are unable to catch your order before it's processed by the warehouse, you have two options:

Option 1 - Place another order straight away: The quickest way to get the correct size or color is to place another order right away. We'll provide you with a prepaid shipping label to return the incorrect order to us for a refund on your original order.

Option 2 - Wait for the delivery and use our online returns portal for the exchange or refund.

How do I use the online returns portal?

To use our online returns portal, you will need your order number (NZ12345) and the exact email used to place the order. You can then initiate an exchange or refund through the portal.
