All Archies Arch Support Jandals purchased from our online store or from our authorized retailers are covered by a 6-month warranty against manufacturing faults.
Please note, our warranty does not cover external damage to the jandals such as scratches, tears and dog/cat bites.
In the unlikely event that you have received an item that is faulty or if you believe that your footwear has developed a fault while wearing them, please contact us straight away and we will do our best to sort this out for you as soon as possible.
Archies Footwear reserves the right to reject any returns or warranty claims that we believe have not occurred due to fair/normal use or in instances outside of the above terms and conditions.
If a warranty claim is rejected, the return postage of the original pair is at the customer's expense.
Please note, you will be required to return the faulty pair to us before we can issue you with a replacement pair.
Arrange a warranty claim
To submit your claim, you will be required to upload the following photographs:
- A photo of the issue
- A photo of the size stamp underneath the jandals (the US, UK and EU sizing)
