All refund requests need to be made within 30 days of delivery. For all refunds (both new and worn condition), you will be required to pay the postage cost to send the jandals back to us.
If you've purchased jandals from one of our retailers, you can still return them to us for a refund, however, we would need proof of payment.
You can use our shipping label or your own postage method. If you would like to use your own postage method, please contact customer support for the return address.
Return Postage Cost
If you use our shipping label, you will be refunded as soon as the shipping label is scanned. (While the refund is processed immediately, depending on your financial institution, it can take up to 30 days before it reflects in your account.)
