Any order placed and completed before this date will be honoured at current pricing.I placed my order before 1 September &#x2014; will I be charged the new price?No. Orders placed before 1 September 2026 are honoured at the price shown at the time of purchase.I need to return or exchange an item I bought before the price change &#x2014; will I have to pay the difference?No. If you purchased your item before 1 September 2026, standard returns and exchanges will be processed based on the original order value, not the new pricing. You won&apos;t be asked to pay the difference for a like-for-like exchange.I have store credit from a warranty claim. Does that cover the new price or the old one?&#xA0; If your store credit is from a warranty claim, we&apos;ll cover the price difference so you will receive your replacement at no extra cost.I have a discount code, will it apply to the old or new price? Discount codes apply based on the price at the time you use the code, not when it was issued. If you redeem it before 1 September, it applies to current pricing; from 1 September onward, it applies to the new RRP.Is shipping cost changing too?
